This colonial with an attached garage in Manchester, CT was built in 1928. After the existing roofing materials were torn off, the damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows of Ice & Water shield was installed along with Underlayment that is engineered to repel water and adhere to the roof. A ridge Vent was installed, along with ProEdge Hip and Ridge shingles. The old chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, copper flashing.
Built in 1924, this multi-family home was in need of a new roof. We started by tearing off 3 layers of existing roofing materials, as well as replacing any damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. Lastly, we removed and replaced all flashing around the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
