We first stripped the existing roof and hauled the old shingles to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center to be turned into the pavement for roads. We then removed and replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the integrity of the roofing structure. To protect the interior of this home from outside moisture, we laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment and new shingles. This new roof comes with a 50 Year Lifetime Platinum Protection Roofing Warranty so the homeowner can now live worry-free!
