New England truly is a land dictated by the seasons. This house in Hebron, CT was in need of emergency repair in the middle of a freezing, February winter. We were one of the only roofers that could promptly do a full replacement, despite several feet of snow blanketing the ground. Spring has sprung, and the home is looking fully rejuvenated.

An attic is like the thermometer of an ailing house. Structural damage and rotting plywood may not always be visible from the outside, but we can certainly tell by what we see occurring underneath the roof. When we surveyed the attic of this home in Hebron, we found signs of water damage. An aluminum drip edge was installed along the roof perimeter and the chimney was re-pointed and flashed with lead.

This home had 3,000 sq foot roof of shingles that needed to be replaced. It also needed new chimney and skylight flashing which was replaced, along with the roof, in just 1 day!
