Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Colchester, CT was in need of a new roof. We started by tearing off a layer of existing roofing material and replacing 23 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also installed a synthetic underlayment everywhere we did not cover with the ice & water barrier. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. We finished by removing and replacing all flashing on the chimney. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
