We were able to replace the decking to ensure there was a good strong structure to the base of the roof. We then laid down Ice & Water Shield to protect the home and roof from any outside moisture. For shingles, we used architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Teak. To ensure that the chimney would have no leaking we removed and replaced the lead chimney flashing. This roof comes with a 50-Year manufactures warranty and a Klaus Larsen Workmanship Warranty for as long as the owner resides in the house.
