They were professional and on time. They did a really good job. We were very pleased and impressed. They came in and out in one day, and cleaned up like they were not even there.

Had two other estimates and all three were pretty close. Klaus Larsen was the only one to provide me with an estimate in contract form listing everything that would be done and materials to be used. The contract was clear and to the point.

Between all the quotes I received for my new roof, while Klaus did not offer me the cheapest, they offered me service I felt most comfortable hiring. Their service contract was detailed and straightforward while other businesses offered questionable contracts with questionable time frames for my new roof installation. Our salesman Ben was kind, honest, thorough, and precise. The price he quoted us was spot on and when the job was done we did not pay a cent over the quoted price. They started the roof installation within a few weeks of signing our contract and finished on a single business day. The team leader Diego was communicative, and very easy to work with. The warranty offered is an incredible deal that is hard to compete with. I would recommend Klaus Larson roofing to any friends and neighbors looking for a new roof.
