For this job in West Hartford, we needed to first rip off three layers of old shingles and construct a new wooden deck. Built in 1976, this single-family home in West Hartford, CT received a new roof from Klaus Larsen. After installing new plywood decking, three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield were applied to make sure no moisture would enter the home. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, in the color of Estate Gray, were used for the entire home. A ridge vent was installed on the right side roof above the garage. This home truly received great protection all around thanks to Klaus Larsen! 

At this colonial style home located in West Hartford, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new Owens Corning roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To protect the interior of the home from moisture, we installed Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield. For shingles, we used Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Teak. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free! 

At this 1930s Colonial-style home located in West Hartford, CT it got a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We first stripped off the existing roofing materials and replaced 4 sheets of plywood decking that had water damage. To ensure that no moisture is able to pass through to the interior of the home, we laid down Ice & Water Shield. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles Shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To ensure that the attic has top-notch consistent ventilation we used Owens Corning Ventsure Ridge Vents. 

This colonial style home in West Hartford, CT had a 22 year old roof when the homeowners contacted Klaus Larsen. Low to the ground, this roof was in need of a replacement. A small leak was a definite concern for these homeowners. Two layers of roofing materials were torn off and all damaged plywood was replaced. Three rows of Ice & Water was installed. A white aluminum drip edge/rake flashing was installed along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. The chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, lead flashing. An existing vent pipe boot was replaced with a new 3" Perma-Boot in Black. The finishing touch were the architectural-style asphalt shingles , in the color of Colonial Slate.
