Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This was a Cape style house with an additional two-car garage. The roof was 18 years old, with two layers that were removed and carefully disposed of. In addition to installing ventilation within the roof, we also added a ridge vent to the garage. The finished shingles are Pacific Wave, and as always, are ensured by an Owens Corning Life Time Warranty.  

The roof here was 20 years old, and was starting to get some leaking into the house. We are glad this roof was replaced when it was, so no further damage could take place. As an extra protective barrier against moisture, we applied Ice & Water Shield between the trim and window. The shingles used were Onyx Black, which look outstanding on this Columbia, CT Cape.  

Our crew performed a complete roof replacement for this home in Columbia, CT. We tore off the existing shingles that were outdated and installed all new Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color driftwood. Also during this project, we replaced the chimney flashing, ridge vents, and skylight flashing. The homeowners really appreciated our crew's attention to detail!

This home in Columbia, CT, built in 1993, had the roof replaced by Klaus Larsen. All damaged plywood decking was replaced. After tearing off one layer of existing shingles, the Klaus Larsen crew replaced all damaged plywood decking and began adding 3 rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles were installed around the perimeter of the home, in the color of Desert Tan! The old trim was torn off and replaced with new Kleer PVC composite trim boards and a new pipe vent boot in the color of Black! This home is now protected with all of the essentials from Klaus Larsen!
