Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Columbia, Connecticut was in need of a roof and skylight replacement. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 new Velux S06 Skylights. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This unique cape-style home located in Columbia, CT was in need of a roof replacement as it was showing signs of aging and wear. We finished this job by installing a new ridge vent to provide ventilation to the attic as well as replacing the flashing on the chimneys.
