This cape-style home in Columbia, Connecticut was in desperate need of a new roof. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 sheets of plywood decking. To protect the home from any outside moisture, we installed 3 rows of Weatherlock G Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys etc. For new shingles we used Brownwood asphalt shingles. Further, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This stylish roof can now handle any weather condition, worry free!
At this ranch-style home located in Columbia, Connecticut, we completely stripped and installed a brand new roofing system. We started by tearing off one layer of existing ro Ice & Water barrier.
