Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Willington, CT was in need of a roof replacement. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we applied flashing tape to all roof deck joints. We then installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Patriot Slate. We finished the job by installing a brand new ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The homeowner chose the shingle color Granite Black for their new roof.
