Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

After heavy rain this homes roof began leaking into a closet prompting the need for a replacement. 

New owners of this home in Lebanon, CT reached out to us to inspect the roof as they were experiencing leaks. The roof needed to be replaced so they chose us to install a full Klaus Larsen Roofing System. This single family home built in 1963 had potential leaking and was in desperate need of a roof replacement. To start, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc., as well as installing a synthetic underlayment on all decking where there was no water & ice barrier, for extra security. For shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.
