Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single family home in Oakdale, CT was in need of a new roof. After removing one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced any rotted or damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Earthtone Cedar. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
