Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This beautiful home in Farmington, Connecticut was built in 1996 and now needs to replace its existing roof. We started the process by removing and replacing one layer of existing roofing materials and 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We went on to install 3 layers of Ice & Water barrier near roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed the color Estate Gray. The shingles include a 10-year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. To provide top-notch attic ventilation we installed aVentSure Ridge Vent. Lastly, we replaced the old gutters with 5-inch Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert, in the color Hi-Gloss White.This attractive property is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!
