Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This ranch-style roof replacement in Farmington, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off and disposing of all existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all roof deck joints with flashing tape. We then installed 2 rows of ice and water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed 4 brand new Velux Skylights. We finished the job by installing a brand new Velux impact dome Sun Tunnel. This job is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing.

After installing purpose-made hip and ridge shingles, we installed a ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation. We finished the job by replacing the flashing on all chimneys with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
