Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Built in 1971, this shoreline home in Old Lyme, CT contacted Klaus Larsen for a roof replacement. Once the shingles were torn off, the damaged plywood decking was replaced with brand new plywood. Three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield was installed to prevent moisture from entering the home. Duration True Definition shingles were used in the color of Estate Grey. This beautiful home is ready for any season!

This single-family home in Old Lyme, Connecticut was in need of a new roof and new skylights. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneysand gray shingles. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 new Velux VS Skylights. To finish the job we removed and replaced the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This customer reached out to us because their roof was 20 years old and it was time for it to be replaced. We were able to give them a quote, they were  so happy with the quote they decided to move forward with the new roof. It looks so amazing and the Castle Grey shingles they chose matches the house so well.

At the same time as the roofing project, several pieces of plywood were replaced and all new fascia boards installed. We used Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Tan. The homeowners are thrilled with the new look of their home!
