Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Hebron, CT was in need of a new roof replacement. To start, we tore off and disposed of one layer of roofing materials & replaced 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Estate Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed 3 brand new Velux VS Skylights. Lastly, we removed the existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

To finish the job, we installed a Shingle Vent II ridge vent pulls air out of the attic to allow the roof to ventilate. We also replaced the existing vent pipe boot with a new 3" Perma-Boot.
