Seeking a contractor to carry out a roof and gutter replacement, homeowners of this 1955 Cape style home trusted Klaus Larsen Roofing with the job. We started with tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials, and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Shasta White. These shingles included a 10 year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty.
