This was a full roof replacement on a home in Rocky Hill, with an additional Velux skylight install. Velux window products have a reputation in the industry for being watertight. This home located in Rocky Hill, CT was in need of a brand new roof. The shingles were suffering from old age and crumbling from wear and tear. We stripped the old roof off and replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking so that the new roof would have a good foundation. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Shield to ensure that the interior of the home is protected from outside moisture. For the new shingles, architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Driftwood. To protect the chimney from any leaking going forward we replaced all of the lead flashing. 

This raised ranch built in 1974 was in need of a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Onyx Black. Lastly we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.

Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We then installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Next, we removed and replaced 4 attic vents and 3 boot vents. We finished by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing! 

Home had moss, leaks, old flashing, and mold occurring in various areas of the roof.
