Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Our crew installed the new roof on the main house and the garage with Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. This project included replacing all damaged plywood decking on the roof as well as repairing siding on the home.

At this 1994 colonial-style home in Coventry, Connecticut, we completely stripped and installed a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We started the process by removing & replacing one layer of existing roofing material and five layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. We then installed shingles in the color Driftwood. These shingles included a 10 year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Further, we installed a ridge vent which provides top-notch stable attic ventilation. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!

This contemporary home in Coventry, CT was in need of a new aspahlt shingle roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Brown. This lovely single-family home in Coventry, CT had a gable roof that had seen better days. To bring life back to the roof, we started by tearing off and disposing of one layer of asphalt roofing. We then inspected the roof decking and found 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking that were then replaced. This asphalt shingled roof in Coventry, CT was original to the house and about 24 years old. We installed a full Klaus Larsen Roofing system.
